Ordering

How do I place an order? Find something you love and add it to your cart. At checkout, fill in your details and choose how you want to pay. Once you confirm your order, a confirmation email will land in your inbox straight away.

Do I need an account to order? No — you're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.

Can I change or cancel my order? Get in touch as soon as possible at info@unnamedlabel.com and we'll do our best to help. We process orders quickly, so we can't always guarantee changes once an order is confirmed, but we'll always try.

When do you process orders? Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Anything after that is picked up the following business day.

Will I be charged sales tax? Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your shipping address. The total at checkout is the final amount you'll be charged.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Everything is charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

When is my card charged? Your payment is taken at the time you place your order. If a payment is declined, your order won't be confirmed and you'll be notified by email.

Is checkout secure? Completely. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum spend required.

How long will delivery take? We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. From there, transit typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and start from the date your order is dispatched.

Which carriers do you use? We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier for your order depends on package size and destination.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, get in touch at info@unnamedlabel.com and we'll see what we can do.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses? Not at this time. Please use a standard street address at checkout so your order can be delivered without delays.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update, and then you can follow your package all the way to your door.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do? Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement, and sometimes longer over weekends or holidays. If it hasn't updated after a couple of business days, email us at info@unnamedlabel.com and we'll look into it.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all tags attached in their original packaging. Sale items, swimwear, underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How do I return something? Email us at info@unnamedlabel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or defective, include a photo. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us, as we need to authorize the return first.

Who covers return shipping? If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, that's on us and we'll cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is at your expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item? The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. If you'd like help with this, email us at info@unnamedlabel.com.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it to your account.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong? That's on us. Email info@unnamedlabel.com straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out with a replacement or full refund.

Sizing & Products

How do I find my size? Each product page has a size guide to help you choose. If you're unsure or between sizes, reach out at info@unnamedlabel.com before ordering and we'll point you in the right direction.

How do I care for my items? Care instructions are on the label of each piece and, where available, on the product page. As a general rule, washing cold and laying flat to dry helps your pieces keep their shape and last longer.

Will sold-out items come back? Some pieces restock and some are one-time runs. If something you want is sold out, email us at info@unnamedlabel.com and we'll let you know whether a restock is planned.
